SMS Terms — NorthAxis Digital
NorthAxis Digital provides an AI voice receptionist and revenue-recovery service to residential HVAC contractors. As part of our service, we may send SMS text messages to:
- People who call our demo line (+1 833 402 6258) and request a text confirmation
- People who fill out the discovery-call form on northaxisdigital.com and check the SMS opt-in box
- Customers of our HVAC contractor clients, when those clients authorize NorthAxis to send appointment confirmations or reactivation outreach on their behalf
How To Opt In
You will only receive SMS from us if you explicitly opt in. This happens through:
- The checkbox on our discovery-call booking form at northaxisdigital.com
- A verbal “yes” during a call with our AI voice receptionist
- A signed agreement with one of our HVAC contractor clients
Message Types You May Receive
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages after a service visit
- Discovery-call confirmations + reminders (for prospects)
Message Frequency
Up to 4 messages per month per recipient. Most users receive 1–2.
